At thetihut, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and safely — no matter where you are in the world. Please read the following shipping terms carefully to understand our rates, delivery times, and related policies.

International Delivery (outside the UK)

  • We offer worldwide shipping to most countries and regions across Europe, the Americas, Asia, Oceania, Africa, and more (some remote or restricted areas may not be available; please check the selectable list at checkout).

  • International shipping costs are automatically calculated based on package weight, dimensions, and destination — they will be clearly shown at checkout with no hidden fees.

  • Currently, there is no free‑shipping threshold for international orders, but we occasionally run promotions on international shipping — stay tuned to our website announcements.

II. Order Processing Time

  • All orders (domestic and international) are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Processing time starts from order confirmation. During peak sales or holidays, handling may take slightly longer – we will notify you via email if so.

III. Delivery Area (Global)

  • We currently ship to the vast majority of countries and territories worldwide.

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes, BFPO addresses, or certain areas subject to international sanctions or logistical restrictions. We appreciate your understanding.

IV. Estimated Delivery Time

  • UK Standard Shipping: Delivered within 7-10 business days after dispatch (remote areas may take 1–2 extra days).

  • UK VIP Fast Shipping: Delivered within 5-7 business days after dispatch.

  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination, typically 7–15 business days – please refer to the estimated timeframe shown at checkout and actual tracking updates.

  • These are estimated timeframes; actual delivery may be affected by customs clearance, flight delays, local postal efficiency, and other uncontrollable factors. Please rely on your tracking information for the most accurate status.

V. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can track your parcel on the carrier’s website or in your order history.

  • If you do not receive the tracking number, please check your spam folder or contact our customer service.

VI. Address Changes & Errors

  • Please double‑check your delivery address before placing your order (especially for international orders — ensure correct country, city, postcode, and phone number).

  • If you need to modify your address, contact us as soon as possible at customer@thetihut.com.

  • Once the order has entered the shipping process, we may not be able to change the address. Any extra reshipping fees, lost parcels, or returned shipments caused by an incorrect address will be borne by the buyer.

VII. Non‑delivery, Lost or Damaged Parcels

  • If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, first check the tracking number. If tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with your local post office or collection point.

  • If the parcel is confirmed lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 business days of the expected delivery date (or actual receipt), providing your order number and photos (if damaged). We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement, refund, or partial compensation as appropriate.

VIII. Customs, Import Duties & Clearance (International Orders Only)

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or other import fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not collected by thetihut.

  • Customs policies vary by country, and clearance may cause additional delays. We have no control over the customs process, so we recommend that you check your country’s import regulations in advance.

  • If a package is returned or destroyed due to the recipient’s refusal to pay duties, the buyer bears the resulting loss. We will refund the product amount (less actual shipping costs incurred) after the return is processed.
